We develop and distribute packaged courses, working with authors and training partners to provide clients worldwide with access to the skills they need to make the most of their investment in open source solutions.

We also put our resources and experience at the disposal of clients through our consultancy and training activities. We are able to design a specific training programme filling a client’s unique needs in most locations around the globe.

Ricston offers Mule training and consultancy services to customer both directly and via MuleSource & other business partners. We have continued to enhance and refine our training offering for Mule and now arguably enjoy the most extensive experience and portfolio in delivering these services worldwide.

While Ricston continues to develop and improve its Mule training offering we also look beyond Mule to the rest of the open source community, focusing on the development of training material and bespoke training and consultancy services for users of other open source solutions. The logic behind the move is simple: open source developers can benefit from having a supplier with proven expertise in the area providing the material their users need to get the most out of their investment.

Ricston does not rely solely upon its own internal resources. To ensure the best possible training and support material is generated, we work with external course authors, acting as the publisher and distributor and selling and delivering the courses through our partners worldwide. This is a model that works, and that ensures that regional considerations and cultural sensitivities are fully taken into account.
