On 1st of September, Ricston officially joined EPAM Systems, Inc., a leading global technology, and digital services firm with more than 40,000 employees located in 37 countries.

 

What will change?

As part of EPAM, we are now able to offer a much broader set of service lines, offering end-to-end solutions for Digital Engagement and the Intelligent Enterprise. This is supported by EPAM’s delivery organisation, which vastly increases our consulting, engineering and implementation power, locally or in combination with EPAM’s near-shore facilities.

The acquisition will significantly increase our capability and capacity to offer more comprehensive support for our clients’ business integration and API needs, while complementing a much broader technology practice within EPAM. It allows us to provide a much more diversified and complete offering to be better equipped to support IT and business initiatives, as clients’ business adapts to the fast-moving market demands.

Ricston chose this path forward to help accelerate our capabilities while expanding our presence across other markets and we are extremely pleased to have found such a well-matched strategic partner to allow Ricston to fulfil its potential.
