We are searching for the most talented Integration consultants to join our elite team to deliver end-to-end solutions for challenging and complex technical requirements, lead projects from concept and design, through to testing and implementation.

Ricston Ltd is recruiting for Integration Consultant and Developer to join our technical team delivering solutions for our clients, working on projects with Senior and Principal resources on the development, integration solutions while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. This role will be central to the expansion of the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code. Identify bugs and devise solutions to these problems. Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatisation. Develops resolutions to diverse and complex problems, very often requiring creativity.
  • Work across suite of Mule applications, implementation of integration solutions to various clients across varied industries.
  • Performs hands-on installation, development, configuration, and troubleshooting of Ricston solutions.
  • Offer advice to project managers and senior developers on technical issues and developments.
  • Produce clearly explained project documentation.
  • Have a full understanding of Ricston messaging including API led connectivity and C4E.
  • Work in an agile environment, using a scrum or kanban methodology. Attending stand ups, developing as per epics, stories and tasks.
  • Exercises judgment using generally defined guidelines, and in selecting methods and techniques for arriving at solutions.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Ricston products by making technical contributions and by providing critical updates from the field. Implement technical solutions for enterprise systems and build trust with customers in Ricston’s ability to meet their business requirements.
  • Travel to customer international locations as needed.

The Perfect Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a software development orientated discipline.
  • Certification – MCD Associate
  • Good working knowledge of integration tools, frameworks, API connectivity and messaging. 2 years experience.
  • Hands-on development experience with Java or other object-oriented programming language. Deep knowledge of Java and broad working experience in real-world projects.
  • Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies.
  • At least 3+ years implementation experience with demonstrated integration expertise in several business and technical verticals.
  • Work portfolio demonstrating at least 12 months as senior on project, leadership, and high technical ability across various integration challenge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability.

Broad knowledge and at least 5 years experience working with the following tech stack:

  • Languages/ Scripts: Java, JavaScript, Groovy, AngularJS, RAML
  • Frameworks: Spring, JPA, Hibernate
  • Tools: Maven, Jenkins, Anypoint Studio, Eclipse, Junit, BugZilla
  • ESB: MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (On-Premise, CloudHub)
  • Messaging: Active MQ, Anypoint MQ, Kafka
  • SOA: Web Services, SOAP, REST, HTML
  • Database: SQL, MongoDB
