The role is responsible for small but growing Seville-based technical team, their day to day activities, guidance, personal & team development to deliver on company strategic and tactical objectives.

Our Integration Consultants, Developers and Support teams are passionate, talented, motivated, problem-solving specialists. We are currently looking for the individual who will guide and foster this talent, as Technical Architect & Team Manager of our Seville-based team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work alongside the management team to formulate company strategy, implement and manage this strategy within the technical remote team.
  • Provide technical leadership for development teams using a hands-on approach and defining best practice standards to follow.
  • Business management and client ownership in the region.
  • A varied role included agile project delivery and managing the support function may be required.

  • The Perfect Candidate

    • Has deep knowledge of Java and broad working experience in real-world projects.
    • Ideally also has working experience or at minimum good awareness of open source projects such as Mule, Spring framework, JMS, REST and SOAP (ideally with CXF) and scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript.
    • Proven experience as Regional manager or other managerial position. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
    • Desire and willingness to support, grow and mentor team members career development.
    • Passion for expanding our client base and presence within the Spanish market.
    • Working-level proficiency of English Language.
